Special Needs Classes at IMPACT offer personalized one-on-one programs developed through comprehensive Individual Education Plans (IEPs). These intensive, individualized classes are designed for students who require highly specialized instruction and support to access education effectively. Our special needs educators work closely with each student to understand their unique learning profile, strengths, challenges, and goals, creating a customized learning experience that addresses their specific needs.
The program provides a low student-to-teacher ratio, allowing for immediate feedback, frequent reinforcement, and the flexibility to adapt instruction in real-time based on student responses. Our special needs classes incorporate evidence-based teaching methods, assistive technology, and multisensory approaches to ensure that every student can engage with and master educational content. By maintaining small class sizes and providing intensive support, we create an environment where students can make significant progress, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to succeed academically and personally. The program emphasizes not only academic achievement but also social-emotional development, communication skills, and independence.
